David Walley & Co Solicitors traces its origins to 1979, when the practice was established by David Walley. For more than four decades, the firm has helped individuals and families with important legal matters, including buying or selling a home, making a will, dealing with probate, resolving family law issues and handling disputes. Many clients come to the firm at significant moments in their lives, often when they need clear guidance, reassurance and practical legal support.

The firm’s approach is personal, practical and straightforward. We understand that legal matters can feel unfamiliar, stressful or difficult to navigate, particularly when they involve family, property, bereavement or a dispute. Our role is to explain things clearly, answer questions properly and guide each matter forward step by step. We aim to give clients the information they need to understand their options, make informed decisions and feel confident about the next stage of the process.

Today, David Walley & Co Solicitors continues to act for clients in Dublin and across Ireland, combining decades of legal experience with a calm, common-sense approach to solving problems. Mark Hennelly

Mark Hennelly advises clients in the areas of property law, wills and probate, litigation and general legal matters. He regularly acts for clients in residential conveyancing, estate administration and legal disputes, and works with clients across Dublin and throughout Ireland. Mark focuses on providing straightforward, practical advice and ensuring that clients understand their options clearly at every stage of a matter.

Patricia Walley works primarily in the areas of family law, probate and estate administration, as well as general practice matters. She has extensive experience advising clients on sensitive family and estate matters and takes a practical and supportive approach when guiding clients through what can often be difficult situations. Patricia places a strong emphasis on clear communication and helping clients understand each step of the process.
